Holiday Hampers 2025

Holiday Hampers are lovingly prepared and delivered each year by our volunteers to families using our services. Each hamper is packed with essentials, toiletries, toys, games, gift cards for teenagers, and thoughtful gifts—generously donated by our friends at the Junior League of London (JLL) and supplemented by The Unicorn & Kew Green Preparatory Schools, and FitFlop. 

The hampers help our client families feel the spirit of the holidays at a time of year that is especially difficult for so many. This year, over 90 families received hampers, which were especially full thanks to the kindness of our donors and the careful consideration of our dedicated volunteer group.  These ‘elves’ ensured each family’s hamper contents was carefully considered and the thought they put in matching toys and gifts meant that each hamper included something meaningful for each child – helping families feel seen, valued and supported.  For parents facing financial pressure, and heightened levels of stress over the Christmas period, this had a big impact. 

One parent shared:

‘It made my year.  It was my little light in the tunnel and showed me that I can get through this.  When the hamper arrived, I realised I would have presents for my children this Christmas’. 

Most importantly this annual project completed with kindness and commitment, meant that our contribution played a vital role in ensuring that the Holiday Hampers reached our client families with dignity, care, joy and a little bit of magic. 

Our grateful thanks go to Kerry Scott and her fantastic team at ArtGo, who once again generously donated space for our admin team and volunteers to store, sort and assemble the hampers.
