Mighty Me

“I found talking and writing things about anxiety helpful and so was the safe place exercise.”

What is Mighty Me?

The teachers choose children for the group who have challenges that seriously interfere with their lives.

The eight week course helps children to discover alternative (mighty) stories about themselves and their ways of being in the world, encouraging them to see themselves as experts on the problem and how to manage it.
