Director of Fundraising and Finance , MA(Hons)   

As Director of Fundraising and Finance, Gazala is responsible for funding applications and reporting,  and works to organise and facilitate the smooth-running of new, and long-standing, fundraising events for WLAC. She is also responsible for the book-keeping of the organisation, overseeing the accounts and the annual external audit. Gazala has been part of the team since 2013.

Director of Therapy and Clinical Psychologist , DClinPsych 

Georgina is trained as a Clinical Psychologist and has worked in the NHS CAMHS services in South West London for over 20 years. She joined WLAC in September 2014 as the lead therapist. She has a particular interest in working with young people and their families with anxiety, depression and self harm. She has considerable experience of working with other services such as schools and social care.

Director of Operations , MA (Oxon)  

Natalie ensures the smooth running of the organisation, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating resources and overseeing our systems and databases as well as assisting with the organisation of fundraising events.  Natalie also assists with applying for, and reporting on, funding from Charitable Trusts and Foundations.
