Fresh Start Psychotherapy (RBKC)

FreshStart Psychotherapy (FS) provides a unique service to clients and psychotherapists. For clients they ensure that low cost psychotherapy or counselling is provided for the time period required by the client and not the therapist. The therapist has an opportunity to gain valuable experience of working with clients who require long term or open ended psychotherapy but cannot access it because it is either not available from the NHS or other bodies or the client cannot afford it

Full of Life was founded in 1994 by parents who were dissatisfied with the lack of information and support that they needed to raise a child with additional needs. Parents came together to establish a single organisation that empowered and supported parents on their lifelong journey of caring. Full of Life continues to grow and now supports over 750 families who live in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The free Help through Hardship helpline with Citizens Advice in England and Wales to offer personalised, holistic support to people who don’t have enough money for essentials. Helpline advisers:

• Provide personalised support to help people struggling to afford the essentials and maximise their income including by helping them access support through social security and available grants that they’re entitled to.

• Connect people to a wide range of advice and support for related problems such as debt, immigration or housing.

Once you have received your food bank a voucher, you can exchange it for a minimum of three days emergency food & basic toiletries where available.
