Postcards Anon raises over £10,000!

We are thrilled to announce that Postcards Anon 2021 raised over £10,000.

With an exciting new venue within the recently redeveloped Television Centre at White City and a new sponsor in Philip Wooller Estate Agents, it was all change for our first time holding the event in 5 years.

And what a success it was!  With over 800 original postcard-sized pieces of art to choose from, and an auction and silent auction filled with exquisite larger pieces, our supporters were spoilt for choice.  Television Centre provided the perfect space to display the artwork, with its light, bright and airy Atrium. We were visited by lots of the office workers and were able to introduce them to WLAC and our work in the local community.

Thank you to everyone who kindly donated artwork.  Over 300 artists were involved this year, creating beautiful artworks that ranged in topic and media.  This variety is what makes the exhibition so exciting for supporters, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated their time, energy and skill.

Our thanks also go to Stanhope who provided the venue, and to Philip Wooller Estate Agents whose generous sponsorship ensures that all money raised from the event goes directly to our frontline work.

And last but not least, our enormous thanks to everyone who came along to the event and supported WLAC by buying a postcard (or several!). Your support means so much to WLAC, enabling us to continue to provide our free counselling and therapy services to those families most in need in our local area.

We look forward to seeing you again next year!
