Parenting Groups

Our parenting groups focus on strengthening existing skills and resources. Here is the full list of our parenting courses and, where possible, each groups’ next start date. We always meet with all parents on a 1 to 1 basis before each group starts, so please refer in a plenty of time of the group start date. A forward looking, solution focused group for parents & carers of children up to age 12 – how to encourage and enjoy your child.

Dads Matter

A forward-looking, solution focused group for Dads, Step-Dads and male carers of children up to 12 years old.

A monthly drop-in group for parents of teenagers who wish to become more confident and optimistic.

Breathing Space

An 8 week mindfulness-based stress reduction group for parents (MBSR) supporting parents to experience more choice in how they respond to situations.

Mindfulness for Dads

A termly workshop for Dads, Step-Dads and male carers to explore how mindfulness might benefit them, their parenting and their children. Contact Julia or Deborah for more information: 020 7352 1155

Parent Play

A 10 week training programme to assist parents in boundary setting and esteem-building through play in order to strengthen family relationships and nurture development. For parents of children aged 3-9.  Please contact the office if you are interested.
