Join us at our Postcards Anon exhibition where, along with donating for small postcard-sized pieces of art, you will also be able to take part in our Auction and Silent Auction to bid for some larger items.

Our Auction will take place at 7.30pm on Thursday 10th November, and the Silent Auction will run for the duration of the Exhibition, giving our supporters a chance to bid right up to 12 noon on the 14th November.

WEST LONDON ACTION FOR CHILDREN ANNUAL MEETING
15:45 – 18:00, 8th November 2016
The Community Hall, Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions, 446 Fulham Road

Join us for this year’s Annual Meeting at the Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions on the 8th November where you will be able to meet the WLAC team, trustees and volunteers, and hear from our guest speaker, Sharon Long.

Sharon has been instrumental in developing A Vision For Young Londoners – a vision statement involving over 50 organisations from across the youth sector uniting to deliver a better future for London’s young people.

We do hope you will be able to join us for what promises to be a fascinating talk.

Refreshments will be served.

Our fantastically fun WLAC Quiz Night raises over £8,700!

Thank you to everyone who came along to the West London Action for Children Annual Quiz last Wednesday – a fun and entertaining evening for all. The amount raised so far is over £8,700 – an absolutely fantastic achievement!

Our enormous thanks go to the Isabel, Aysha, Brian, Emma, Gilly, Lucy and Vicky of the Brook Green Events Group for masterminding the evening; Brianna, Tanya, Rachel, Tom, Emma and everyone at Bective Leslie Marsh for their energy, enthusiasm and hard work on the night and for their kind and generous sponsorship of the event; Bob Inglis for his funny, clever and engaging questions; St Paul’s Girls’ School for hosting the event and the Paulinas for taking time out of their holidays to help out, and of course, our fantastically clever and generous quizzers!

We look forward to seeing you there next year!
